The Lab Portal is your dedicated workspace for case tracking, dentist collaboration, payments, and production workflow. It is built to keep lab teams and dentists aligned while providing full visibility into case status, attachments, and financials. Every section is designed around secure collaboration and operational efficiency.

Labs can create new cases, review case details, and manage case workflows across fixed prosthodontics, removable prosthodontics, and orthodontic appliances. Each case includes the clinical and lab‑side data needed for fabrication, updates, and delivery. Dedicated pages for fixed and removable prostho, as well as orthodontics, keep each workflow focused and clear.

The Case Details view consolidates the treatment request, tooth and procedure details, notes, and timing in one place. Labs can open a case, review dentist instructions, and keep production aligned with clinical intent. Cases are structured for quick scanning and detailed review.

Patients can review invoices, payments, and billing details tied to their care. They can see invoice numbers, amounts due, payments received, and remaining balances. This builds financial clarity and reduces back and forth for billing questions.

The portal supports clinical and lab photo uploads with a full set of utilities for selecting, viewing, zooming, and removing images. You can attach clinical photos, lab photos, and supporting documents to each case so both the dentist and the technician see the same visual reference. This reduces remakes and speeds up clarification.

Labs can view linked dentists, add new dentists, manage invite codes, and review dentist profiles. This creates a structured, controlled pipeline for onboarding and communication with each clinic.

The Lab Portal includes full payment history, payment entry creation, editing, and deletion workflows. It tracks case‑level payments, overpayments, and remaining balances. There are dedicated views for credit tracking and adjustments, plus confirmation flows for deleting payments or credits. This keeps lab billing transparent and auditable.

A secure messaging area is available for lab‑dentist communication, keeping clinical discussions and case updates in the same system as the workflow. This reduces the need for external messaging tools and keeps discussions tied to the case lifecycle.

The Lab Portal includes stock management for tracking lab supplies and materials. This keeps lab operations organized and helps prevent delays due to missing materials.
